Interwoven waft and wain are
All inhabitants of this earth plane
All life-forms beat the same drum
Same life essence – everyone
Mother oak, father elm
Sister fox-glove of same realm
Human beings, dogs and cats
Fishes, dolphins, even rats
This space we call planet earth
Life forms connected each at birth
Individual actions, thoughts and deeds
Will cause global harmony or needs
Most people would opt for harmony
But perhaps don’t know how to contribute
Too busy leading hectic lives
Their inner-voices mute
Sit back and take a moment
Five minutes a day will do
Feel your inner-presence
What does it say to you?
